APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
1-Undergradaute Transfer Application Form: Candidates applying to more than one department should fill up only one form. Bank receipt showing the payment for each of the department applied should be brought while applying.
2-Certified Transcript: Formal document which shows all the courses and grades taken so far and obtained from the University that the student will leave from (Not requested from Yaşar University students)
3-Certified Curriculum: (Not requested from Yaşar University students)
4-Certified Course Contents: Detailed description of the courses identified within the transcript (Not requested from Yaşar University students)
5-Certified Document Showing No Disciplinary Action: An additional document is not requested if the statement is indicated within student certificate or transcript. (Not requested from Yaşar University students)
6-Certified Student Certificate: Formal document prepared by the Student Affairs Directorate of the candidate’s University showing that the candidate is a registered student (Not requested from Yaşar University students)
7-Certified Foreign Language Exemption Document – (If existed): A score card of one of the foreign language examinations with international validity containing the required score determined by the University or Preparatory Year Status Certificate from candidate’s university. The document is not requested from the candidates applying for vocational school. (Not requested from Yaşar University students)

12-Equivalency Certificate taken from CoHE upon applying from abroad universities:
– All candidates should apply to Student Affairs Directorate with the mentioned original documents and application form within the announced dates.
-Applications of the eligible candidates are evaluated by the Undergraduate Transfer Commission within primary and substitute contingency
-Awarded candidates within contingencies are announced at www.yasar.edu.tr in primary and substitute lists.
-In case the primary candidates fail to register within the announced dates, substitute candidates are called for registration as per the announced order on www.yasar.edu.tr and within the undergraduate program they applied for.
– Decision of the class year, course exemption and adjustment is done by the Faculty/Vocational School Academic Committees for the registered students. Therefore, class year and course exemption information could not be given during registration.
UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER WITH CENTRAL PLACEMENT EXAMINATION SCORE (ADD. ARTICLE – 1)
This type of undergraduate transfer is based on the score of the examination year that the student takes and is assessed according to this.
The student including preparatory year could apply for undergraduate transfer if his/her central placement examination score of the related academic year when s/he registered to his/her university is equal to and/or higher than the base score of the desired associate/undergraduate degree programs of our university in the relevant academic year. If the number of applications are more than the contingency, undergraduate transfer requests will be admitted ranking from the highest score to the lower scores that the contingency allows.
Current students of Yaşar University placed with Central Placement Score and actively registered could apply to the programs that their scores are equal and or higher than the base point of the relevant year which has contingency. It is required that the student’s Central Placement Score that s/he obtained in the year of registration should be equal or higher than the base point of the program for which he/she applies for undergraduate transfer.
Students could benefit only once from this type of undergraduate transfer.

UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER UPON SUCCESS CONDITIONS (GPA)
Applications could be made to the equal programs from Turkish and foreign universities. The foreign university that the student is applying from (excl. TRNC) should be given equivalency by Council of Higher Education. GPA of the student should be 2.00 over 4.00. Should there be a remaining contingency following the placement of the candidates according to their GPAs, the assessment is done through base point.
Undergraduate Transfer could be done based on below conditions:
For Associate degree programs: to the 1st year 2nd term at the earliest and 2nd year 3rd term at the latest.
For Undergraduate degree programs: to the 2nd year 3rd term at the earliest and 3rd year 5th term at the latest.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Within Council of Higher Education meeting held on 12.02.2015; it is decided that any applicant who has completed his/her secondary education in Turkey and wishes to study at a higher education institution other than those which are ranked among the top 500 universities by the world university rankings made by CWTS Leiden Ranking, Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai) and University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) as of the year in which he/she first had education, should pass from Transition to Higher Education Examination (YGS) and Undergraduate Placement Examination (LYS) held by Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) within the year in which he/she would start to study and be ranked among top one hundred and fifty thousand in the field of law; top two hundred thousand in the field of architecture and top two hundred forty thousand in the field of engineering; and obtain at least a point equal to that obtained by the last student placed at a program in Turkey in the other fields present at Student Selection and Placement Examination (ÖSYS) guideline; and obtain at least 150 points based on any grade type for associate degree programs, at least 180 points for bachelor’s degree programs based on any grade type if he/she wishes to study in a field other than those covered under Student Selection and Placement Examination (ÖSYS) guideline.
INTRA-INSTITUTIONAL UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER
Current students of Yaşar University could apply for an undergraduate transfer to the equivalent programs of the registered program. Their Central Placement Examination point for the year of registration should be equal or higher than the lowest point declared by Student Selection and Placement Center(ÖSYM) as of that year for the equivalent programs of the local universities with respect to the department to which he/she intend to be transferred.
Intra-institutional undergraduate transfer application could be made starting from the second term till fifth term (incl. fifth term) within the contingency
