Due to Coronavirus Pandemic, if you would like to request a leave of absence (freezing your registration) for 2019-2020 Academic Year Spring Term from 1st of April, 2020, you need to send below-mentioned documentation,
– From your student e-mail address,
– Photo of your signed petition indicating your request for a leave of absence (registration freezing) for Spring Term,
– Photo of your front and rear sides of your residency permit.
If you could send the documentation from your student e-mail address to [email protected] till May 22nd, 2020 Friday at 17:30, your Leave of Absence (Registration Freezing) process will be completed as soon as possible and reflected to your student account.
